Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm and we aim to process and ship orders within 24-48 hours. Once shipped the arrival time varies from country to country.

All our orders are tracked and once shipped you will receive an email with your tracking details. Kindly check your spam folder if you did not receive your tracking details or email us for help.

UK - 48 hrs Royal Mail Tracked

USA - 7-10 working days -Royal Mail Tracked

or 3-5 Days with DHL

Rest of the World 7-20 working days depending on location.

We are sure that you’ll fall in love with your Cult Candy Cosmetics item(s), but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please  send us an email

We will accept returns and issue you a full refund (excluding delivery). The container must still be full and unused (including all original packaging) to qualify for a refund.

For hygiene reason we cannot accept opened/used products.

The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless confirmed with ourselves at Cult Candy Cosmetics.

If your order hasn't been dispatched from our third-party warehouse we can cancel and refund your order. If it has been dispatched you will need to send the order back to our warehouse for a refund. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer. For more details see our full Refund Policy.
